Please note the following before your visit to the Clinic.
1 - Some consultation forms may be emailed to clients before the appointment.
2 - We may ask for pre-payment for your treatment. In the event that you are unwell or can not make your appointment, as long as 48 hours notice is given, your appointment can be re-scheduled to another time. if you cancel within 48hrs, half your appointment cost will be lost, the other half can be used for a future booking. No refunds will be given.
3 - We cannot accommodate children, friends or family, only clients with an appointment will be allowed into the salon.
4 - Please arrive for your appointment on time.
5 - We have air purifiers in each treatment room. The Radic8 Viruskiller neutralises 99.9999% of viruses in a single air pass inculding Covid19.
6 - The rooms are fogged on a regular basis which eliminates any airborne microorganisms and disinfects hard to reach surfaces.
7 - We will provide all clients with hand gel on arrival and ask you to wear your own mask. Please bring minimal belongings, any you arrive with will be kept in your own basket during your time in the salon.
8 - We will be wearing the recommended ppe for every client.
9 - Salon opening, closing days, times and costs may vary to what is on the website.
10 - We use a mixture of disposable bio-degradable towels and towels washed at 60 degrees.
11 - We have been re-trained to refresh our sterilisation knowledge.
12 - Any updates or changes will be made as we learn more on how to work as safely as possible.
We are now offering quiet treatments. If you would prefer a quiet treatment without any chit chat, no problem, relax, snooze, read a book, use your headphones, after your consultation you will be left to unwind during your treatments. Please request "quiet time" in the comments section when booking.
